Cori Maedel, will be conducting a workshop on the topic Coaching and Leadership.
So often in organizations, individuals are expected to take on the role of coach because they have people reporting to them, and it is assumed they have the skills to coach by virtue of their chosen profession or because they have a manager/leader title. Just as often, people shy away from the coaching role, as they are afraid they will not know what to say. In this workshop, you will discover the tools to instill confidence, and foster an environment of engagement and innovation, which in turn will allow your team members to further their career planning, achieve objectives and goals and develop strong client and workplace relationships.
