“I’ve been experiencing a lot of attrition at my company. How do I retain my employees especially when the company is going through tough times?”
“Don’t assume employees stay solely for money,” Cori advised. “If you do, you may be vulnerable to losing your star performers. Take proactive steps towards retaining your top talent and avoid the expensive process of replacing them.”
