As the HR consulting team for our clients, we are in the unique position of knowing them incredibly well. Through managing their HR services, we understand their culture, their industry, their team dynamics and their structure.
This means that, when recruiting for them, finding the right fit is about more than just finding someone with the right skills. We’re also looking for someone who shares their values and ethics, is the right fit for their team, and will help them achieve success.
What you can expect from the interview process
Our in-house HR team looks after all of our recruiting, so when you email your resume and cover letter, the first response you receive will be from one of our team members (unfortunately, if you do not hear back, you’ve likely not been short-listed).
All short-listed candidates will receive their first interview at Jouta’s office, after which we will contact you with an update no later than the Friday after you were interviewed. We have a rule that we always update candidates before the weekend. No one likes uncomfortable, long waits.
Following a successful first interview, you may go on to a second or third interview, both of which may take place at the client’s office. Depending on the client, you may also need to complete a small assignment.
