Kokoro(e) (a Japanese word for knowledge of the heart, spirit and mind) is a unique coaching program that creates positive change, and is ideal for both groups and corporate coaching.

How does it work?

  • We establish Kokoro(e) teams of four to six people, plus a mentor
  • Typically, teams meet for an hour every two weeks, for a minimum of 1 year (a total of 26 hours over a 12 month period)
  • We start with individual goals then team goals, and structure the program from there
