Privacy

We respect our clients’ right to privacy. Any personal information we collect from you, use, or disclose will be used solely for the client relationship and at no time will any person or persons, other than Jouta associates and partners, have access to this information except as otherwise authorized by the client, or as required by law. Confidentiality

We agree that all information provided to us as the coach, HR consultant, or mentor will be kept strictly confidential, unless otherwise agreed upon.

During our relationship with you as a client, you may share future plans, business dealings, and other personal or proprietary information with us. We will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use any such information.

We will not give out the name of any client as a reference without that client’s consent. Our relationship with you as a client is strictly confidential unless you choose to make the information public.

Coaching

Professional coaching is an ongoing specialized relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through coaching, you deepen your learning, improve your performance, and enhance your quality of life.

During a coaching meeting, you choose the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves you towards action.

Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where you are now. It also concentrates on what you are willing to do to work towards your future goals.

ICF-member coaches and ICF-credentialed coaches recognize that results depend upon two elements:

• Your intentions, choices, and actions
• The coach’s supportive efforts and application of the coaching process

At Jouta, our professional coaches are credentialed through The International Coach Federation. The Federation’s philosophy and definition of coaching has inspired this coaching definition.
